1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner, who is working as Assistant Grade-II, was transferred vide order dated 13.08.2019 from Balodabazar to Raipur and as per Clause 2 of the transfer order the person who are transferred should join at the transferred place within 15 days and if not the employee has not been relieved they would be deemed relieved. He further submits that as per the letter dated 28.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) it was further clarified that if the person would not relieve, disciplinary proceeding would commence against him. Pursuant thereto the petitioner has joined his new

place of posting on 07.11.2019 (Annexure P-5). It is contended that despite the fact that the petitioner has joined his new place of posting his service book, last pay certificate and individual documents has not been sent and therefore the salary has not been released.

2. The grievance raised by the petitioner appears to as consequential official activity which otherwise is to be done by the government office. If one person is transferred from one place to another it is obvious that his service book and other documents should be sent to the transferred place so that the salary can be withdrawn from that place. Consequently, the respondent No. 2 is directed to send service book, last pay certificate and individual documents to the new place of posting wherein the petitioner has joined i.e. Office of the Respondent No.3, Collector Raipur, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so that the salary may be further released to the petitioner.
