09.01.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WPS No. 6789/2018 which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 11.10.2018.

Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently PF was paid by one day delay. However, by virtue of the peremptory order, the writ petition got dismissed. For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC stands allowed and WPS No. 6789/2018 is restored to its original number.

However, in case the default has not been removed in WPS No. 6789/18, the same shall be removed within a further period of 3 days from today failing which the order passed in the present MCC shall lose its efficacy. No order as to costs.
