2. The impugned order superseding the Board of Directors of the petitioner's Society under Section 53(1) of the Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (in short "the Act, 1960"), has been passed

after issuance of show cause notice dated 3/4/2018--Annexure P/8, therefore, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner to assail the legality and validity of the impugned order is by way of preferring an appeal under Section 78 of the Act, 1960.
