09.01.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 05.12.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 7975 of 2018. The modification sought for is to the extent of the date of appointment being wrongly mentioned as 05.09.1987 in stead of 04.04.1986. Counsel for the petitioner thus prayed for correction of the same. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 05.12.2018 passed in WPS No. 7975 of 2018 stands modified to the extant that in paragraph no.3, the date of initial appointment of the petitioner now shall be read as "04.04.1986" in stead of 05.09.1987.
