Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 10.01.2019 The petitioner through the present writ petition has raised certain personal grievances with the higher authorities in the Department including that of seeking transfer to a different place.

According to the petitioner, though applications have been made couple of months ago yet no action has been taken by the authorities. Thus prays for a suitable direction to the authorities to take a decision. 3.
Without entering into the merits of the case so far as the contents of the complaint that he has lodged, this Court only disposes off this writ petition for the higher authorities to consider the grievances of the petitioner and to take appropriate remedial measure, if required, in accordance with the rules governing the field.
