2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 14.08.2019 from Tahsildar, Bemetara, District Bemetara to Nawa Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran pursuant thereto the petitioner has joined his new place of posting on 05.09.2019 (Annexure P-3). It is contended that despite the fact that the petitioner has joined his new place of posting his service book, last pay certificate and individual documents has not been sent and therefore the salary has not been released. He further submits that communication has been made to the Collector, Bemetara by

the General Managar, Nawa Raipur on 01.10.2019, however the same has not been complied with which resulted into the non payment of salary.

3. The grievance raised by the petitioner appears to as consequential official activity which otherwise is to be done by the government office. If one person is transferred from one place to another it is obvious that his service book and other documents should be sent to the transferred place so that the salary can be withdrawn from that place. Consequently, the respondent No. 2 is directed to send service book, last pay certificate and individual documents to the new place of posting wherein the petitioner has joined i.e. Nawa Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so that the salary may be further released to the petitioner.
