Advocate for the State. 14.12.2018 The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification in the order dated 11.12.2018 passed by this Court in WPS No. 8160 of 2018. The modification sought for is that the place of posting and the transferred place of the petitioner have been erroneously typed different than what was mentioned in the writ petition. According to the petitioner, he is in fact working at Govt. College, Lawan, Balodabazar and has been transferred to Govt. College, Sonakhan, Balodabazar whereas in the order dated 11.12.

2018, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has been transferred from "Katghora, District Korba to Janpad Panchayat, Nawagarh, District Janjgir-Champa. Thus, prayed for modification in this regard. The said prayer for modification is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 11.12.2018 passed in WPS No. 8160 of 2018 stands modified to the extant that in paragraph-1 in stead of " Katghora, District Korba to Janpad Panchayat, Nawagarh, District Janjgir-Champa" it shall be now read as "Govt. College, Lawan to Govt. College, Sonakhan, Balodabazar". Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 8160 of 2018 .
