Petitioner is alleging commission of irregularity in execution of the work of printing of books as per order issued in favour of respondents No. 3 to 8 by the respondent No. 2 Chhattisgarh Samvad.

The terms of contract between respondent No. 2 and the printers from serial No. 3 to 8 are not before this Court. We are also not aware whether there was any arbitration clause in the contract, therefore, in the absence of complete papers as also for the reason that respondent No.2 Chhattisgarh Samvad being a government agency, the petitioner should work out his remedy before Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog. 3.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of
WP(PIL) No. 1 of 2019 the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog for redressal of the grievances.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. The security amount deposited by the petitioner shall be refunded to him.
