1. The limited grievance, which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner for grant of Time Scale of Pay, which he is entitled for.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been approaching the authorities time and again, but no order has been passed by the authorities till date, and in the process he is being denied what he is entitled for under the Rules and Regulations.

3. Given the nature of dispute, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for grant of Time Scale of Pay is concerned.

4. Let the authority take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
