1. Earlier, a notice was sent to the complainant and a direction was issued to him/any person authorized by him to appear before the Court on 27.02.2020 but, till today, none present on behalf of the complainant.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application and prays that direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
