The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.68/2019 registered in Police Station Nagarnar Police Chowki Bakawanda, Bastar for the offence punishable under Section 34 of the I.P.C. ; Section 4,5 of the Explosives Act and Sections 38(2), 39(2) of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under Section 21(4) of the NIA Act.
