2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application for grant of temporary bail on 06.02.2019 and yet, that application has not been decided by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (C.G.)

3. Be that as it may. Learned District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) is directed to decide the said application preferably within 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions/ observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed off.
