1. Admittedly, on petitioner's failure to submit on line registration and examination fee for the examination of B. Tech. (Agriculture), 2nd year for one backlog paper, she has not been issued admit card.

2. In similar matter bearing WPC No.3442/2018 (Akshita Tiwari & Anr Vs. Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya & Ors), by order dated

11.12.2018, this Court has allowed the said students to appear in the examination by applying for registration and paying examination fee on-line or by manual mode depending upon the convenience of the University.

3. While the petitioner would refer to the order passed by this Court in WPC No.3442/2018, referred to above, Shri Prajapati, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 would vehemently oppose the prayer made in the writ petition.

4. For the reason that if the petitioner is not allowed to appear in the examination scheduled to be held on 11.1.2019, she will lose one precious year of her career, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner applies for registration and pays examination fee by tomorrow on-line or by manual mode whichever is convenient to the University, she will be allowed to appear in the said examination scheduled to be held on 11.1.2019. CC today.
