Single Bench:Hon'ble Shri Sanjay S. Agrawal, J Order On Board 29.09.2021 1.
Heard on I. A. No.01/2019, an application for condonation of delay of 74 days in filing this M.C.C.
2.
It is contended by learned counsel for the Applicant that since the Petitioner was not aware regarding the rejection of his Contempt Petition, dismissed on 07.08.2019, therefore, the instant petition for restoration of the same could not be filed on time and has filed the same immediately upon knowing the said fact. It is, however, not stated in the said application that on which date, he came to know about the rejection of his Contempt Petition and in absence of any sufficient reasons, I am not satisfied with the explanation as offered by way of this application.
3.
The said application is accordingly rejected. 4.
In view of above, the instant MCC is dismissed as time barred. No order as to costs.
