The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order dated 1.7.2019 passed in WPS No. 4578/2019. 2.

The respondents have entered appearance and have filed their reply along with a document dated 17.12.2019.

Vide the said document dated 17.12.2019, it has been held on due consideration that the petitioner was not found eligible for grant of Kramonnati. 4.

Given the said fact that the respondents have taken a decision on the representation of the petitioner, the present contempt petition is disposed of. However, in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent development he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh writ petition. 5.
