1. Heard.

2. The instant contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 31.07.2019 passed in WPS No.5631 of 2019. This Court in WPS No.5631 of 2019 has passed the following orders:- "1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by impugned order dated 12.07.2019 the petitioner has been transferred from Sector Murmunda, Block Development Dongargarh to Sector Vasadi Block Development Mohla, Distt. Rajnandgaon. He submits that he has been transferred against the transfer policy, therefore, the transfer may not be given effect.

2. Perused the documents. Considering the transfer Policy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction/observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty

to make a detailed representation to the transfer redressal Committee within 15 days and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 45 days."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that thereafter the last payment certificate has been sent by the respondent No.1 at the transferred place though he was allowed to work on the earlier place of posting.

4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors, on instructions, would submit that the respondent No.2 was not a party in the writ petition and more so the representation of the petitioner has already been decided by order dated 01.10.2019 and copy is placed on record.

5. Perused the earlier order since the representation has already been decided, therefore, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
