21.01.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WPS No. 5922/2018 which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 11.09.2018.

Counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence on his part, the default could not be removed and prays for restoration of the WPS No. 5922/2018. For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC stands allowed and WPS No. 5922/2018 is restored to its original number.

The applicant is granted 7 days time from today to remove the default as pointed out by the Registry in WPS No. 5922/2018 failing which the order passed in the present MCC shall lose its efficacy.

No order as to costs.
