In view of the option emerging from the affidavit of the State where the registration of the property has been carried out, counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the contempt application as having become infructuous. 2.

In the order dated 05.03.2019 passed earlier by this Court in the contempt application, there is a typing mistake in relation to the order issued by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Chhattisgarh,

the order is dated 29.12.2018, but by mistake 19.12.2018 has been typed. It should read as 29.12.2018.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that this directive of 29.12.2018 is only for a period when the upgradation of the software is going on and it may not apply to any other situation.

The circular is clear enough. There is nothing for us to clarify as to the purpose for which it has been issued.

Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
