Considering the nature of subject matter, even though no one appear for the appellant on the previous date of hearing, instead of dismissing the appeal for want of prosecution, we gave one more opportunity to the appellants.

Today also no one appears even though the case was called in two rounds. In that view of the matter, we are left with no option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution however, with liberty to revive in case the appellant intends to persecute the appeal.
