1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred

from Community Health Centre Lodam, District Jashpur to community Health Center, Darima District Surguja. The challenge is on the ground that petitioner's wife is also working as ANM at Sub Health Centre, Paiku, Lodam and according to the transfer policy husband and wife are to be kept at same place and apart of that wife of petitioner is carrying pregnancy of 4 months. Therefore, the transfer may be cancelled.

2. Considering the fact, it is contended that wife of the petitioner is also posted at Lodam and further taking into consideration the medical documents of petitioner's wife. The petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to Grievance Redressal Committee within 15 days from today. The same having been filed shall be decided within a further period of 45 days. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the transfer order of the petitioner shall be stayed.
