1. The instant petition is against the order dated 25.06.2010 whereby the services of petitioner was terminated. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has joined as O.T. Attendant (Operation Theater Attendant) on 19.06.2019 and after working for some period, the services of the petitioner were terminated. Therefore, the petitioner seeks interference by this Court and prays that she may be given liberty to file a representation before the Secretary, Health to decide the same.

2. Prima facie, it appears that on 25.06.2010 services of petitioner were terminated and almost more than 9 years has been passed. Apparently, the

petition suffer from gross delay and latches. Consequently this Court is not inclined to pass any order. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a representation if so adviced.
