1. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier while the petitioner was suspended, the Employee's Identity Card/ Bio-Metric Access Card was surrendered and thereafter despite the fact that his suspension has been revoked, the gate pass and bi-metric access card are not being provided to him to mark his attendance in his work place.

2. Counsel for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner approaches respondents 2 & 3 within a week, the bi-metric access card/employee identity card shall be provided to him within a period of 7 days of his joining.

3. In view of the submission of the respondents, the petitioner may approach

respondents 2 & 3 to get the employee's identity card/bi-metric access card and on his approach, the same will be provided to the petitioner within 7 days of his joining so as to mark his attendance in his work place.
