2. To assail the order dated 31.3.2018-Annexure P/1 passed by the
SDO(R), Mungeli, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Collector, Mungeli vide Annexure P/2A, which is pending consideration.

In view of the pendency of the appeal before the Collector, this Court would not proceed to entertain the writ petition instead the same is disposed of with direction to the Collector, Mungeli to hear and decide the petitioner's appeal by a speaking order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 months from today.
