1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of termination dated 05.10.2018. The order has been passed invoking the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Services (Discipline

-2and Appeal) Rule, 1999.This Court, at this juncture, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition on the ground of there being alternative remedy available to the petitioner to prefer an appeal to the Appellate Authority under the Discipline and Appeal Rule, 1999. Subject to the petitioner preferring an appeal within a period of four weeks from today, ignoring the aspect of the limitation, the Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal in accordance with the merits and contention raised in the appeal within a further period of 90 days from the date of the receipt of the appeal.
