1. This criminal revision has been filed without filing appeal before the Sessions Court under Section 101 of Juvenile Justice(Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, therefore, this petition is disposed off and the applicant is granted liberty to prefer appeal before the Sessions Court.

2. Sessions Court is also directed to proceed with appeal preferably within a period of one month.
