1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from District Hospital Janjgir-Champa to Community Health Center, Pali, District Korba.

2. It is contended that the petitioner has prayed for transfer either to Bilaspur, Raipur or Balodabazar on the ground that his wife is under treatment; however, instead of transferring the petitioner in a place where he has prayed for, he has been transferred to Pali, District Korba.

3. Perused the documents. Considering the same, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation within a period of 15 days to the Grievance Redressal Committee and the Committee in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
