Mr. Vipin Tiwari, Advocate for the respondents. The order of this Court dated 21.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 1165/2019 was for the respondents to consider absorption of the services of the petitioner.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondents have since thereafter vide order dated 19.12.2019 absorbed the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.07.2018.

At this juncture counsel for the petitioner submits that though the respondents have passed an order of absorption, but necessary consequential relief of correction of the gradation list has not been done. Counsel for the respondent submits that the same also shall be done in accordance with law at the earliest.

Given the said submissions by the counsel for the parties expecting that the respondents shall take all necessary steps in also ensuring the correction of the gradation list by incorporating the name of the petitioner also in terms of the order of absorption, the present contempt petition at this juncture stands disposed of.
