A PUD has been received from the Special Court under the NDPS Act at Dhamtari, C.G. It is informed that trial in Special Criminal Case No.220/2017 (State Vs. Dinesh Kumar Sharma) has not been completed within the time specified by this Court in MCRC No.5965 of 2018 vide order dated 10-09-2018, hence, extension of time is prayed for.

After considering on the reason mentioned in the PUD, the prayer made by the Court below is allowed and extension of time of one month is given for the purpose of conclusion of aforesaid trial. 3.

The petition stands disposed off.
