At the outset, it appears that the challenge made in this writ petition is to the final selection list of Aanganbadi workers made by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Kusmi, Distt. Balrampur.

Annexure P-2 shows that the selection of Aanganbadi workers commenced in the year 2016 (Annexure P-1) . The final list which the petitioner has challenged also does not indicate any date. On a query being made to the counsel for the petitioner, he is also unable to say as to what is the actual date of list which was issued. In any case, since Annexure P-1 is singed by the C.E.O., Janpad Panchayat, the statutory remedy of filing an application/appeal is available under The Chhattisgarh

Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. Consequently, the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the grounds by filing an appropriate application before the concerned authority under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
