The limited relief sought by the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, the petitioner has been working with the respondents on a Daily Wage basis for a period of about 11 years and therefore the petitioner's case be considered for regularization in accordance with the circular of the State Government dated 05/03/2008 and also dated 17/06/2008. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the case of

the petitioner for regularization subject to his fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria under the rules and regulations governing the field. 3.
