1. This is third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicants before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicants was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.11.2018 in MCRC No. 7104 of 2018 and the second bail application of the applicants has been rejected by this Court on 13.02.2019 in MCRC No. 636 of 2019 considering the prima facie case against the applicants.

3. From the record it emerges that special leave petition of applicant No. 2 has also been rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

4. Counsel for the applicants submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial within stipulated time.

5. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case early as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. The Registrar Judicial is also directed to immediately send the copy of this order to the concerned Court.
