This is an application for restoration of WPT No.195/2018, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 22.10.2018.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPT No.195/2018 is

directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week from today. 3.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
