1. Counsel for the respondent has entered appearance and has filed a detailed reply on 22.01.2020. Along with reply, counsel for the respondent has enclosed an order Annexure R/5 dated 28.12.2019, which was an order passed by the respondent whereby on reconsideration of ACR of the Petitioner for the year ending 2016 and 2017 the authorities have not found any change to be made in the gradings given to the petitioner.

2. Counsel for the respondent submits that ACR of the Petitioner for the year 2015 has in fact not been recorded till date, therefore, there was no occasion for reconsideration of ACR for the year 2015.

3. Given the said submission by the Counsel for the Respondent particularly taking note of the order of the respondent dated 28.12.2019 whereby they have found that there is no change in the entries and gradings given to the petitioner to be made for the year

-22016-2017, this Court is of the opinion that the order stands complied with.

4. However, in case, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the subsequent development, he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceedings.
