1. This petition is not directed against any order of the Learned Family Court, Raipur. The only prayer is that the respondent is not appearing before the Court below, however, the case is lingering on. Therefore, a direction be issued for expeditious conclusion of the case.

2. On perusal of the documents filed alongwith this petition, it is found that the respondent was not appearing and the ex-party proceeding is going on before the Learned Family Court. There is no reason to hold that any delay has occurred in the proceeding of the case, however, looking to the apprehension of the petitioner, this petition is disposed off.

-23. Learned Family Court is directed to dispose off the case as expeditiously as possible.
