Assail in this petition is to the appellate order passed by the Collector, Korba dismissing the petitioner's appeal, which in turn was preferred against the order passed by the SDO (Revenue), Katghora dismissing petitioner's application under Section 172 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959.

Petitioner has remedy of preferring an appeal/revision before the Higher Revenue Authorities under the provisions of the Code, 1959, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable. Let the petitioner avail the alternative remedy by preferring a duly

constituted appeal/revision.
