PUD has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajnandgaon (C.G.) with a request for extension of time to dispose of the trial in the matter of State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Mahesh Thakur & others.

Vide letter dated 03.03.2020, the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajnandgaon (C.G.) has informed that the Criminal Case No. 1244/2018 has already been decided on 26.02.2020, therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the instant CRMP is dismissed as having become infructuous.
