1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the respondent SECL submits that recruitment for the post of Director(Technical) has already been concluded and one Shri Manoj Kumar Prasad has already been selected for the said post.
2. Given the said fact, recruitment process being already complete, the present writ petition in its present form becomes infructuous. Reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the subsequent developments and the orders by way of a fresh writ petition, the
writ petition can be disposed.
