1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's wife is working as Shiksha Karmi Grade -III at Baster and the petitioner has filed an application for transfer from District Sukma to District Baster on his own accord on 12.07.2019, however, the same has not been considered.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has only requested for his transfer so that husband and wife can be posted at same place, as and when occasion arises for shifting the petitioner from the present place of posting, the department shall also keep in mind the policy of the State Government of keeping the husband and wife together as far as possible, subject to administrative exigency. The respondents shall decide the petitioner's representation as early as possible.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Jyoti
