1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were recruited under the Chhattisgarh Shiksha Karmi (Appointment

and Service) Rules, 2007 and they were granted regular pay scale, increment and then revised pay scale also, but now in view of the circulars dated 06.05.2016 and 08.03.2017, their pay scale has been brought to the minimum of the pay scale applicable to Lecturer (Panchayat). He submits that this issue was examined by this Court in the case of Jayant Kumar Patle vs. State of Chhattisgarh (WPS No. 4271 of 2017 and batch of petitions, vide order dated 03.11.2017) and various directions have been issued. 2.

Learned State counsel would submit that this Court issued directions for examination of cases category wise.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondents shall examine petitioners' case in terms of order passed by this Court in the case of Jayant Kumar Patle vs. State of Chhattisgarh (WPS No. 4271 of 2017 and batch of petitions, vide order dated 03.11.2017) and take appropriate decision on petitioners' claim for reinstatement into the earlier pay scale, which was being granted to the petitioners prior to reduction of lowest stage of pay scale of Lecturer (Panchayat).

4. In view of the aforesaid observation, these writ petitions are finally disposed off.
