2. The prayer made in the writ petition is contrary to the order passed by the Supreme Court on 31.1.2018 in SLP(C) No.8519/06. Even otherwise, this Court has already registered suo motu writ petition bearing WPC No.1333 of 2018 pursuant to the direction issued by the Supreme Court. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable.
