Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition the relief sought for has already been granted which is communicated by letter dated 03.12.2019 (Annexure P-5).

In view of the subsequent development the counsel do not want to press this petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court if cause of action arises in future. In view of the above submission, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
