The instant MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 7471/2018 which got dismissed on a peremptory order passed by this Court in WPS No. 7471/2018 on 14/11/2018.

The counsel for the applicant submits that, though the applicant has since removed the default, but he could not remove it within the period stipulated.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands allowed.

WPS No. 7471/2018 stands restored to its original number. 5.

In case, if the default has not been removed in the original Writ Petition, then the same should positively be removed within a further period of 3 days from today or else the order passed in this MCC would loose its efficacy. 6.
