1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order 01.10.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.6492 of 2018 whereby the respondents were directed to take a decision so far as grant of charge of Principal to the petitioner as he was senior most.

2. The respondent today entered appearance and has produced an order dated 08.02.2019 whereby the representation of the petitioner has been decided. In the course of deciding the representation, it has been revealed that the petitioner, as of now, is in jail in connection with a criminal case for the offence under Section 354 IPC and Sections 3(2) and 5 of the SC & ST Act since 01.01.2019 onwards, and therefore the Govt. has decided not to hand over the charge to the petitioner and subsequently been ordered to be handed over to one Neelu Singh Painkra.

3. Given the facts that the respondent has taken a decision vide order dated 08.02.2019, the present contempt petition as of now stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the subsequent development by way of a fresh proceedings, if at all, if he is aggrieved of the same.
