Heard on Application for Amendment/Modification in the Order dated 22.11.2019 passed in WPS No.9601 of 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wrongly in the writ petition, the place of transfer was written as Ekikrit Child & Development Project, Batauli, District Surguja, in fact it should have been Ekikrit Bal Vikas Sewa Pariyojna Patthalgaon, District Jashpur. Perused the documents. It appears that the wrong pleading in the writ petition was made which caused the confusion. However, the document says otherwise, as the place of transfer is shown as Ekikrit

Bal Vikas Sewa Pariyojna Patthalgaon, District Jashpur. Accordingly, the place of transfer be read as Ekikrit Bal Vikas Sewa Pariyojna Patthalgaon, District Jashpur and the rest of the order dated 22.11.2019 passed in WPS No.9601/2019 shall remain as it is.
