1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner, who is working as Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Project Balrampur, District Balrampur has been transferred to Integrated Child Development Project, Bagicha, District Jashpur. It is stated that the petitioner is a widow lady and she is going to retire in August, 2020 and only 9 months service has been left; therefore, the transfer may be stayed.

2. In the cause title of the petition, the petitioner has been shown as 59 years, therefore, under what circumstances, it is stated that the petitioner is going to retire in August, 2020 is not clear and no document is on record to evaluate the same. However, considering the fact that the

petitioner herself is claiming that she is going to retire in August 2020, subject to verification, liberty is given to her to make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 15 days, who in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
