Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondents have filed their reply and alongwith reply they have also produced an order dated 15/02/2019, whereby the Municipal Corporation, Raipur has been pursuing at the State Government level for getting necessary financial approval and budgetary allocation so that risk allowance and grant of additional pay at par with the benefits which are being extended to the similar placed employees of the other Corporation are concerned.

Given the facts that the respondents have initiated steps for getting necessary financial approval and budgetary allocation, this Court is of the opinion that the order passed by this Court stands complied with. However, it is expected that the respondents shall pursue the matter with the respondents, so as to redress the grievance of the petitioners at the earliest.
