Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 03/12/2019 Heard.

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents considered the service rendered by the petitioner and the petitioner was given the revised pay scale from 30.06.2013, however, the revised pay scale though has been granted but actual payment has not been released.

2. The petitioner referred to the document Annexure P-5 and would submit that the petitioner is entitled for revised pay scale and State may be directed to release the arrears of payment within a reasonable time.

3. Considering the document Annexure P-5 dated 20.05.2019 which shows that the petitioner has already been given benefit of revised pay scale. Considering the period of service rendered by her and the revised pay scale cut off date is 30.06.2013. Since, prima facie already it is accepted that the petitioner is entitled for revised pay scale benefits. Therefore it is directed that the State may release the arrears of the petitioner revised pay scale within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Jyoti
