The Learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants prays for extension of time for compliance on the order passed by this Court on 23.07.2019 in WPS No. 5332 of 2019 is concerned. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the respondents have already initiated process for compliance of the Order, ends of justice would meet, if the period within which the compliance had to be done is extended.

The respondents are hereby granted further period of 60 days' time for compliance of the Order passed by this Court, starting from today.

With the aforesaid extension of time, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed-off.
