1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.06.2019, passed by this Court in WPS No. 6512/2018.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent herein has already processed the claim of the petitioner and appropriate voucher slips have been sent to the Treasury Department for releasing of the amount. He further submits that in a couple of weeks' time the entire amount shall be released to the petitioner.

3. Given the said submission by the counsel for the respondent, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. However, it is directed that the respondent shall further pursue at his personal level to ensure that the amount is promptly released to the petitioner at the earliest.

4. The right of the petitioner stands reserved to approach the Court again in case there is a prolonged delay on the part of the respondents in complying with the directions.
