This is an application for restoration of First Appeal (M) No. 242/2018 which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 01.11.2018.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and the First Appeal (M) No. 242/2018 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week from today.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
